Half Remembered Dawn
Half Remembered Dawn is part of a new small collection of works inspired by very early morning light with its fascinating colours in sky and land.
These are not the bright, colours of vibrant sunsets, but soft and subtle colours and shapes where there is a still dark landscape, often a dark sky and a small envelope of light in between.
It is 35cm x 35cm and painted on a lovely deep canvas with painted edges.
It will hang beautifully as it is or can be framed to suit your own interior.
The painting is made in a large number of opaque and translucent layers and finished in oils and cold wax.
