Quiet Day

I’ve been fascinated by a very particular soft grey light, we’ve been experiencing up here in the Yorkshire Dales.

It softens the physical appearance of the landscape and the colours too…I hope you like this one, which is exploring a day of complete stillness and quiet.

Made slowly with many layers of acrylic glazes on canvas panel.
