Aftermath

Aftermath is one of my Atmospheric Abstraction paintings, and is a response to bright warm light after an absolute downpour of rain.

Made slowly with many layers of acrylic glazes on a lovely deep canvas, this painting has a real richness and depth of colour! I’ve been living with it in my studio, but it’s time for it to go off to its forever home., where it will be a real statement piece! It has the size and presence to set the atmosphere and tone for any room.
